Hawaii Honeymoon

Hi all. Starting to figure out where we want to go for our honeymoon and we're pretty positive we want to go to Hawaii. I lived there as a kid (military brat) and traveled there with my family a few years ago, but I've always wanted to go back and so has my fiancé who has never been. We are looking to do a few days on Oahu to visit Pearl Harbor, Diamond Head, etc. and then over to Maui. When I went with my family we stayed at the Hilton Hawaiian Village in Waikiki (Oahu) and then the Kā‘anapali Beach Hotel in Lahaina (Maui). They were great for family stays, but I'd love to stay somewhere a little bit more romantic and luxurious for our honeymoon. Anyone that's been to the islands have any recommendation for great honeymoon resorts? Also looking for great restaurants and excursions as well that you enjoyed with your new hubby. On Maui, I suggest Molikini! Great snorkeling at an underwater volcano. The Road to Hana is also beautiful.

We went to Maui & Oahu last year for our honeymoon. In Maui, we stayed at the Royal Lahaina Resort. It was a good deal and included a jeep rental car, and their breakfast buffet was amazing. It wasn't overly romantic or an adults only resort, but it was nice. We spent most our time outside anyway. In Oahu, we stayed 2 nights at the Four Seasons Ko Olina and two nights in a cottage at Turtle Bay. The FS was so romantic, had an adults only pool and beautiful rooms. Very private. Turtle Bay was also very nice.

How was your experience at Four Seasons Oahu? We are staying their for our honeymoon later this year (quarantine lift depending).

I did both! Amazing experiences, although I got super carsick on Road to Hana. But Molokini was incredible and definitely plan on going back. Thank you!
