Having trouble with Guest list

I entered in all my guests under "overview" but it seems like all the guests need to be under "reception" in order to use the RSVP option. I can't seem to find any way to move it over. Am I going to have to retype all these guest names all over again??

PS: Using the import guestlist is not an option. I am on a work laptop that doesnt allow me to DL that speradsheet.

    There is a way but I can’t remember exactly. There is an add guests to that event once you click it. Then you can select all. Sorry I can’t remember the exact steps. I’m on my phone.

    Hi Sarah! All of your guests on your guest list are automatically added to both "Ceremony" and "Reception". I just checked your guest list and they are all there! It does look like there are lot of empty households in your overview - make sure that you are adding individual guests under each household!

    Ahhhh lifesaver! That's what i was doing wrong!!

    One more question.... What about the +1 if i don't know their name? How do I add the space for them?

    We recommend adding your plus ones as First Name = "Guest", Last Name = "(last name of the guest they're coming with)", So if you want to give John Doe a plus one, you should add them as "Guest Doe". That way your guests can easily search for their last name in the RSVP tool and see both themselves and their guest!
