She just wants to go over video details and any questions and I hadn't even thought of any so I wondering what are some questions that might be good to add - or certain details I should think about mentioning?

I would definitely talk about what specific moments you want to make sure are captured and included in your video

Yep, think about your important moments and VIPs that you want on video. And know when you’d like the videographer to arrive. If you’re having any special moments, like giving FH a gift, family prayer, couples private last dance, let them know what those are and when they’re planned for the videographer to be prepared for. For your own mindset, you may want to ask about selecting the music to overlay on your highlight video (if that’s part of your package). Some videographers let you pick the song (and this is usually instrumental songs available for videography use, not top 40) and others do not.

Also, if your contact doesn’t specify, check if you need to provide them a meal.
