Innocent we don’t have an actual budget but we are also making most of our decor so that helps with some of the more expensive items

Totally guilty ahah. We ended up buying more and upgrading certain things. I also think it's the general idea that we didn't expect certain things to cost as much as they did. And even little things just end up adding altogether.
I originally set a different budget and realize quickly it was unrealistic. Then I set a second and we are over by a tiny bit

I haven't even started planning yet so we don't have a budget just yet. but it is going to be very small so we probably will not go over budget.

Oh man, I had a Rachel moment recently...that was bad...I felt horrible. But in fairness, I have been the one looking at venues, and my family is helping me with costs. We live several states away, and I think I set some unrealistic goals of having a super small budget. So far I have only bought my dress and accessories and we are looking at venues. Lucky to have a hubby who keeps me in check about what we want/need.

Guilty! With the photographer... we were going to go with the less expensive package he offered, but he talked us into the larger one. Regardless, he still had really great pricing compared to others in our area.
