Hashtag question

Natt, on June 28, 2019 at 11:49 AM Posted in Community Conversations 0 7
I have my hashtag and I am completely in love with it it’s #MadeToLoveLu last name is Lu that kinda sounds like you

so my question is should I use it even if my venue has bad cell service? I’m not sure if only FH and I don’t have service (since we have the same phone plan) or if most of our guests won’t have cell service

I’m in love with the hashtag and really want to use it but if you were a guests would you use it the next day? Our wedding is having really unique features that are worth instagramming but just not sure if it’s worth putting our hashtag out there. Let me know if you would or wouldn’t use it thanks!

I'd put it out anyway! Some people might have service and some might wait to post photos!

I'd do it. I also hashtag my wedding when I post important wedding related planning statuses or pictures to instagram so I can look back at the whole process AND the guests pictures. Like when I bought my dress I took a pic with the cute "I said yes to the dress!" sign and used my hashtag.

I would still use it. What’s the worst that can happen? No one uses it? It’s not like you’ll be out any money for claiming a hashtag. Most people don’t post pictures at the actual event, in my experience anyway.

Yes! My reception place had bad service but I think it was only for me and my husband. My other guests were snap chatting and whatever all night. Even if it's for the day after people would still use it

I would still put it out! I would usually post a picture from a wedding the next day. If your guests are the same then they could still use the hashtag when they get home. I agree that it is a super cute hashtag and you should use it!

Agreed with PPs - definitely still use it. I think if you try posting things offline, it typically just waits until you have service again, so even if no one has service, you still might have people trying to post, and it actually going through once they leave the venue. Plus that's way too good of a hashtag to waste haha

Absolutely!! You never know who might snap a pic that they don't share until later. I myself am a fan of taking pics throughout an evening, and then just sharing the best ones after I get home & can look at them later
