Has Minted messed up anyone else’s orders?

Ugh I love Minted and have ordered a few things from them with no issues. They even included extra save the dates when I ordered them back in November. However, I ordered 105 escort cards and just realized tonight that I only received 94. I’m missing an entire table and some of another table. My wedding is next Saturday and I just emailed customer service that I need the last 11 cards delivered by Thursday.

Has anyone had a similar situation with Minted, and did they resolve the problem in a timely manner? Missing escort cards aren’t that big of a deal (I seriously thought I lost the marriage license but it was just well hidden), but two of the missing names include my FH’s boss and her husband, so that would look really bad.

    I mean, it happens. Places like that run like machines so sometimes there’s a mistake. They’re pretty reputable though, so I’m pretty sure they’ll get ya taken care of. Maybe see if you can call customer service instead of emailing. It’ll likely get you a quicker response.

    Minted messed up my save the dates - they did ship us brand new ones very quickly. I was angry but it wasn't for something urgently needed as your scenario. good luck

    I would definitely call. Our invited have been messed up twice now (different company) first time I just emailed and I received the new ones in a week second time I called and they had them reprinted and shipped next day.

    I mean, I know things happen all the time. This was something I noticed last night, and correct me if I’m wrong but Minted does not have 24/7 customer service. So I can now just call since their lines just opened back up. It’s 6 days out from my wedding and I need these cards in a few days, plus there’s a holiday in the middle of the week, so this is pretty urgent and my head is in full on bridal freak out mode. I figured since there are individual cards to be printed as opposed to copies of one it was better to take a screenshot and have the names sent in writing to get the request out right away and also have a paper trail. I just wanted to know if anyone else had an issue with Minted and had received their corrected or missing products in a short amount of time.

    Actually I can’t call for a bit since their lines open at 8am pacific time. I’m on the east coast.

    Minted will Fed-Ex with next day delivery if needed to definitely ask for that!! I just ordered my escort cards them the other day. I appreciate your question as now i'll double check the order as soon as I get it.
