Yes, I've used it. My experience - the shakes are delish, I drank 1 or 2 almost every day during the summer. I lost some weight (about 10 lbs) but my losses increased when I started doing Zumba and food tracking.

The supplements are OK. I originally bought the most expensive package they have and I got ALL the supplements. They DO give you a sense of well being - they are also LOADED with B vitamins that will give you the same effect. Again, I lost SOME weight but I feel that I got more out of exercise, eating well and food tracking.

The shakes are great for breakfast and I frequently drink them right after my Zumba class - great meal replacement and as far as nutrition content - they ARE one of the better meal replacement shakes out there. I think they're costly though. I have to wait until AFTER the wedding to re-up my shakes!

My 2 cents - shakes are great; supplements - eh...can do without.

I was gonna try that but decided to go with it works! They have wraps that tighten and tone which is nice bc I didn't have much time to go to the gym.

I tried it n sold it for a minute but that didn't work because its so expensive to buy n no one could afford it I couldn't even afford it for very long. But what I would recommend is the tea there its just powder u mix with water but it burns 15 calories for every glass u drink n it really does give u energy its best right before and during a workout so u dont get completely exhausted during

I've done it. It really does work to help lose weight, altho Spicydeene is right, alot of it has to do w/exercise & foodtracking. The shakes are great meal replacements, altho I found personally for me I had to do them as lunch or dinner, for some reason shakes for bkfst wasnt enough energy, I would be tired & shaky-like I didnt get enough nutrients for the morning. Just my body tho.

The supplements, do w/out. You get more vitamins from bying GNC women's active, than you do from Herbalife multivitamins.

Overall, their products do give you well-being & weight loss. Be careful once you quit tho. I quit cuz it was too expensive for my budget. Weeks later, I gained back about half the weight I lost, then some from going back to regular meals. Unfortunately no matter what diet you try, if you drop it, some weight will come back. Overall I'd say it's not the diet itself that produces the most results, it's you changing you lifestyle by adding exercise & food tracking.

I tried it and I lost weight. I gained it all back plus 10 when I stopped because I was not exercising. There is no such thing as an easy way to lose weight, like just sitting there. You HAVE to put some effort such as eating different and being active. It's something good to use in the beginning so you start to feel better about yourself which will make you more motivated to work out or play sports or whatever active thing you enjoy.

Good luck with reaching your goals!
