Has anyone ordered from Zazzle?

I’ve ordered several things from Zazzle, and have always had a good experience with them (Birthday and shower invitations, name tags, a wax seal stamper, a personalized binder). Their paper products aren’t terrible, but I will say we decided not to go with them for our wedding invitations, because the quality is definitely subpar to a lot of the other popular wedding invitation sites.

We used zazzle for my Bridal shower invites.


I also ordered escort cards, menu cards, welcome sign, table numbers, bar sign from zazzle. For the wedding stuff I used a blank template and designed myself so that they could all match. I would highly recommend zazzle

Yes! And I loved everything I ordered. I had a beachy, boho and greenary look and they had exactly what I wanted. They are individual artists so you do have to read the reviews, but I love my favors I got on there. I did small engraved party favor boxes, chapstick with our picture and chocolates with our picture. I used Etsy for everything else (Wine topper engraved and coasters). I also did my wedding guest book from Zazzle.

I ordered my invitations through Wedding Wire website and they turned out AMAZING!

I have ordered non wedding related things - a blanket, stone coasters, placemats, notebooks, phone cases - all were great quality!

Of course!! I read reviews to death for my big day LOL and I was very happy.

I ordered personalized birthday party invitations in January and then ordered some personalized wedding favor stickers and am happy with both.

I would recommend them! I ordered my return address labels and noticed the Address was super tiny! I took a picture and contacted them, since they have a Satisfaction guarantee. They helped me and I did get my perfect, corrected address labels! It was great that they went above and beyond for this stressing bride! I Will be ordering from them again-that is for sure!

We ordered a few samples. They have some gorgeous designs. The paper quality and thickness was not what we expected, being not much thicker than copy paper. Also the font selection is limited. It didn’t seem cost effective to buy each piece individually instead of offered as a set. But if you could take the beautiful designs and tweak the other parts, it might be worthwhile. We didn’t feel like it a good deal overall.

I have ordered SO much from Zazzle! I definitely recommend. Just make sure you look at the type of paper/size etc. before ordering.

I ordered my save the dates and wedding invitations from and I was pleased with them and the quality of the paper and printed.

I ordered seat assignment cards and envelopes for my wedding. I personalized them both with some extra touches, and oh WOW did they come out beautifully, especially the envelopes. Zazzle did a great job printing these and they came very quickly, too. Here's the other part that makes this company awesome: the post office had lost the package, and Zazzle's customer service immediately offered to reprint them and send them to me again expedited at no extra charge to me. How great is that??? Luckily the post office found the package, so Zazzle did not have to waste their time and money but I really appreciate that they were willing to do that. You don't see this kind of customer service very often these days.
