Has anyone ordered from Tableclothsfactory?

Has anyone ordered from tableclothsfactory.com? Did you have a good experience? I was close to ordering 85 chair covers and possibly sashes but I did what I usually do and looked up reviews off from their website and noticed that a lot of people have an issue with lost packages, wrong items being received, wrong amounts being received, and items being on back order after they say that they are in stock. My wedding is November 5th so I need a place that I can trust to have the correct items here and on time before my wedding day. I can’t find the size that I need within my budget elsewhere besides the universal ones from Linentablecloth.com but they are a little more costly and I worry they’ll be too large for my folding chairs.

I am getting my runners and sweetheart table cloth from there. They have really good reviews (from what I have seen) and I've seen a lot where people talk about how quick they got their stuff.

I’ve read mostly decent reviews on their website but other places I read a lot of people had issues with them. I’m really concerned since I’m in a hurry for them. They also have no phone number to contact them I’ve heard and only have email and an online chat.

I got table runners from there. They had a great sale going on at the time, so they were super affordable. Came quickly. We did have to steam them when we unpacked the box, but I think that's likely the case with anywhere you would order from. We didn't have any issues with them.

Their items look decent. I’m mainly worried about the stuff arriving on time and not being on backorder but them not telling me until after I place my order. I need this fast so I don’t have time to order from places outside of the United States.
