Has anyone made their own signs?

My fiancé is against me going to Hobby Lobby to spend money on wedding decor because he thinks it’s not needed since we’re paying so much for our venue. Ugh.
I am very crafty and have the Cricut maker, I just need ideas and motivation to make the decor myself.
If you’ve made some of your own wedding decor or have ideas please post pictures!! TIA

I also made all of my signs, robes, shirts, glasses, etc. I didn’t include them all but you get the idea😁

I did all this with my Maker. Haven’t gotten to use most of it since our reception was postponed, but I really enjoyed working on it all. The big mirrors came from garage sales and the smaller mirrors came from Hobby Lobby. I also did my table numbers on marble tiles from Home Depot, but I don’t have a picture of them on my phone anymore.

I haven’t made any decor of my own but I have an explore air 2 and I made the scratch offs for our bridesmaid proposal cards. I am also still verryyy beginner 🤦🏽‍♀️Lol there are some groups on facebook, I recommend one I’m in, it’s called all things cricut wedding and everyone shares their crafty wedding decor ideas and things there. You can find some really cute things that may inspire you 😊

This is the only sign I’ve made thus far. The lines are a little wobbly since its paint marker but I like that I feels hand made.
