Has anyone in Virginia used Timeless Photo & Video

I would not say it's too good to be true.. but you get what you pay for. We got nice wedding photos and a lot of them, but they are not very unique or artistic. We also had issues with our shot list.. but for the price we paid, it was a good value. It's hard to recommend because everyone will receive a different photographer based on location and availability, but all photos will be edited by someone at Timeless. So you can expect the same quality edits but it's sort of a mixed bag for photographers. I recommend doing an engagement shoot with them and then booking that person for your wedding if you like them.

Megan, I am curious if you ended up using them? I currently have quote from them and am trying to decide.

I booked with them for our April 2025 wedding and just requested a different photographer. The one assigned is nothing like the style I want and I'm hoping they don't try to convince me otherwise.....

We had an amazing experience with Timeless Photo and Video. They were fantastic from start to finish. When we were looking into our options for our wedding, we found that there was another "Timeless Photo" in the area that evidently was terrible. They had gone out of business, but we were still finding some of their reviews. So make sure you're looking at the right company! If you Google "Timeless Photo + Video", you'll see the Google reviews for them. Just checked, and they have a 4.9/5 with over 100 reviews. We have recommended them to several of our friends.

We used Timeless for our wedding. We also worried a bit that it might be "too good to be true" because of their low prices, but they seriously exceeded our expectations. Everything went very smoothly. Our photographer and videographer were awesome and we got our photos and video back faster than they had initially told us. We even asked for a few changes to the video (we wanted clips of a certain person at the reception removed) - Timeless got the updates done quickly and didn't charge us extra for the changes even though it wasn't their mistake (we didn't mention anything upfront about not wanting this person in the video). We're very happy that we used them.
