Has anyone bought a dress from dhgate or jjshouse?

I am trying to save money on my wedding and one thing that I am considering is buying a dress from dhgate. I have read and saw mixed reviews on dresses from there but dhgate gas the actual dress that i want. I have looked at dresslilyme and other sites but dhgate is the only one that has the dress.

My bridesmaid got her dress from JJshouse and she had a good experience.

My mother bought a dress from JJHouse and had a horrible experience. The sewing was flawed, and it was damaged. They refused to accept returns or exhanges claiming it was "custom" (it was not). They would only refund 24% so she could take it to a tailor to get "repaired". So basically, my Mom was out $150. Plus, shipping took over a month.

No refunds and shipping adds $$ to purchase. I looked there, read reviews and went with David's.
