I would say sticking to the budget/unexpected costs, and hounding people for their RSVPs.

It differs for everyone. Staying within budget especially with how expensive things have gotten is a big one. I d say another big one is everyone having an opinion and not letting it get to you.

In my experience, it's negotiating with your partner on vision and expenses. This is the first collaborative project where you two must work together.

Definitely budget. Trying to stay within your budget can be stressful or having a curve ball thrown in the mix of things (like I had to reorder save the dates bc I got married during covid). So any thing that can happen unexpectedly. Just planning a wedding is hard bc you have an idea of how you want your wedding to be hard.

Getting people to Rsvp. Finding the best budget friendly venues

Doing the guest list without making anyone upset.
