June 6, 2020 bride. Engaged in Feb.
I'm a planner so....
We have the venue, photographer, DJ, officiant, catering, cake, my dress, veil, shoes(paid for) bridesmaids dresses and shoes(my gift to them)our honeymoon planned and booked, engagement photos...hope to send out save the dates by October, I've picked my wedding band, and we have both worked on our vows....all of this was done by April....so now, its a waiting game. I hope to kick into wedding mode soon.
I'm doing my own flowers and decorations so that box is checked. I'm using silk, so will prob

Oops *probably get started on them around the first of the year, if possible

That venue is beautiful! Where are you at?

June 13, 2020! We got engaged June 1 this year and I got right to planning! I am a HUGE planner and vendors book up very quickly around here because there is not a ton to offer in mid-city Iowa! I had church and reception venue, caterer and staff come with the venue, photographer, and my dress done within the first month! The dress was a total surprise! I booked our dj and transportation in the last month. I also wanted everything done by the middle of August because I am a school counselor and my life becomes CONSUMED with work!

Bridesmaid and flower girl dresses will be done next month and I’m planning to work on my flowers, centerpieces, and other decorations over Christmas Break! We are not doing a classic cake so I will not be reaching out to bakeries until the first of the year for snacks. Also, sending out our Save the Dates as Christmas cards and invites in early March.

I think I have a overall idea of the flower girl dresses picked but I'm still browsing just in case. We are getting married on June 28,2020 in Naperville,IL. We got engaged March 12,2019.
