I recently bought my wedding dress way in advance of my wedding. It hit a lot of marks of what I wanted except for the neckline. It all happened so fast when I bought it I didn’t think about it too much but the more I look at it I just really am not sure how I feel about the neckline. I want to change it to a cowl neck or more of a scoop if possible. Any advice or thoughts on if this is something that can be altered.
