Halloween

A traditional wedding? Or a costume wedding? Once upon a time I wanted a Halloween wedding, guest wear costumes red and black theme everywhere. Food that looked like guys a bleeding wedding cake. But choose spring wedding I instead. Congratulations and Good luck

I wouldn't go too crazy, don't ask people to dress up, don't have a gorey cake, skip the face paint. Fall and Halloween weddings are gorgeous when done properly, just shoot for classy and fun over over the top anything.

One of our friends got married in Vegas on Halloween and it was amazing! We all got to dress up in costume (she dressed like an angel with wings and all in white), and partied at some connected suites afterwards. They ordered pizza and boos and the rooms were decorated like it was Halloween. I love Halloween and I loved that their wedding wasn't super traditional it was crazy fun. If you want more of a traditional feel then Pinterest has great ideas. Pumpkins wrapped in tulle for your centerpieces, lanterns, lots of candles...maybe candy apples for dessert?

I love the idea- however, I'm with Sandy and would not ask people to dress up. If you guys are dressing up & invite others to do so thats awesome! But I wouldn't force anyone to dress up in order to come --also just think are you wanting this to be remembered as a wedding or halloween party wedding. I think subtle hints would be awesome though !
