Although a beach wedding is in my top three, it also would feel more personal and special to consider a Halloween fall based wedding because my fiancé and I met on Halloween

There are many ways to incorporate Halloween into your decor! You could do mini pumpkins or gourds on tables for centerpieces:

You could also do purple/orange/black flowers:

Other ideas include a black or purple wedding dress (and/or having your wedding party wear black or purple and carry candles down the aisle instead of bouquets), your flower girl (if you have one) could hand out candy while walking down the aisle, and you could use hay bales, pumpkins, and fall leaves to create a backdrop for a photo booth:
