I realized this morning that we have reached our halfway point in our engagement. We got engaged in July and will get married in September. That's 14 months, so February- the 7 month mark- is also our halfway point! In some ways, its flown by and I know the next few months will too when it comes to planning. However, in other ways, September is not going to come soon enough- I am ready to marry my love after 10 years together. We have so much planning to do this month and next, but I am trying my hardest to take it one or two things at a time. We do have fun things to do though - build our registry and decide on cake.
Though we did have a great idea that we are going to look into which is to do a small cutting cake on top of a doughnut tower. FH latched on to this idea and is really excited about it, so I think we are going to run with it. Something and little bit fun, quirky, and unique just like him!
