Hair spray should help, try to stay under the umbrella.

We took our e-pics in the snow so I chose a big loose braid that would still look good even if wet from snow.

Fun and intricate braids hold up even when wet! I had a braid because of this! My wedding day was hot as all get out. I chose a braid so it would hold its shape even if I sweat like a sinner in church! LOL.

I would style it up with braids, and tons of mousse and hairspray.

So I had my hair half up, half down and it held up really well, even with snow! (Although I have naturally curly hair, so this might not be as representative.) I definitely agree with PP, braids hold up really well! And hairspray! Luckily, curls don't fall as easily when its cold out.

Try to do a trial yourself and go for a hike and see what happens.

Ugh, don't know how to edit with the new app... I missed the part about rain and forgot about snow melting. I have curly hair so my curls would probably stay... but for someone who doesn't have hair that way I could see how that would be harder.

I vote for a braid too. Too bad they don't have waterproofing spray for hair
