Hair stylist gift

I know it’s not really necessary to get your hair stylist a gift but mine is one of my bridesmaid’s mothers and I have a feeling she’s going to charge me very little or nothing so I want to make sure I have something for her. The only things I can find are like jewelry with charms of combs or hair dryers on them that I don’t really like. Is anyone else getting their hair stylist a gift or have any ideas?

    A tip. No matter how much she "charges," you can pay her more. A small gift like a bottle of wine and thank you card would be nice, but when it comes down to it, she's a professional and deserves to be compensated for her time just like anyone else.

    I am in the same boat with my makeup artist! I know I could tip her, but I also think that I want to do something beyond money so I am doing what Caytlyn said, I am getting her a bottle of wine and a wine opener that is shaped like a makeup brush as well

    Maybe I’ll see if they have a comb wine opener! Yeah, I’m perfectly aware that she deserves to be paid but she refused to accept money at another one of our friends weddings so I’m trying to make sure I have something for her and even if she will accept the money I’d like to have a nice gift for her as something extra since I’ve been friends with her daughter for 10 years

    Oh these are great idea! My mom's best friend is doing my hair along with my BM's and mom's hair. She already said it would be her gift for the wedding, I am going to tip her but I want to do something more! Thank you for asking this!
