Hair styles??

I have very long and THICK hair. I dont ever style my hair (besides a messy bun, French braid, or straighten it) because curls don't stay in. My sister is going to do my hair but we dont know what to really do with it. Any of you ladies have pictures of your hair styles trials / day of wedding? Or suggestions?



Ive googled..but realistically..i dont think my hair would work for any of the styles ive seen.

    Thick hair here! I did a down do, but we stuck a vine in my hair sint was really a hidden updo with extensions to make it look down. Hair styles?? 1

    I have incredibly thick hair as well. I wore my hair in a low bun.

    Hey girl! My hair is also very thick and wavy, so I usually blow it out and leave it a few days in general. But for the wedding, this is the hairstyle I chose! I absolutely love it, it’s simple but pretty. Hair styles?? 5

    I did half up half down similar to these PPs but i gotta tell you my curls did not stay long aha they unraveled definitely half way thru the day. i also advise you to go with what you like. for instance i considered an updo but in the end i didn't because it just didn't look good on me compared to when my hair is down. so go with what you like on yourself

    Look on Instagram for styles you like and take them to a hairdresser for a trial. You won't know until that point what they can do since many are miracle workers.

    Thick, long, naturally curly and frizzy hair (lucky me) but I’m leaning towards a low bun style because I’m getting married during the summer. If I did any other season, I’d definitely do some sort of half up half down style.

    I have thick and hair down to my mid back. Going for an updo due to the detail on back of dress, even though I normally wear hair down/half up and half down. Hair styles?? 10
    Just depends on your dress and what you feel comfortable wearing.

    Sigh....... must be nice..... i have long THIN hair.... I will need to wear like a halo extensions to make my hair look thicker for what I want...

    my hair... very thin, if i pull my hair over my shoulders it leaves hardly anything in back

    hair style #1 I am thinking about, if only my hair would hold curls long enough...usually my mom curls one side of my head and then starts on second half...by the time she is done second half the first half is straight again! ugghh

    I do NOT have thick hair (lots of recent hairloss due to medical reasons) but anyway, go to YouTube and put in wedding hair long hair - There are a TON of beautiful instructional videos and I found the ones from Russia are really the best. Anyway, I think you'll find something you like and could be easy for your sister to do.
