Are you wearing anything on your head- head band, bird cage, etc? I think no wig is the way to go.

How do you normally style yourself? If you wear the wig the earrings won't be highlighted the same as without the wig. I'm leaning towards no wig but that's just because attention goes to your face and accessories. But you look gorgeous either way!

I think you look absolutely divine either way, but I do think that having hair makes you dress pop a little more. Although, I do see what you mean about the jewelry being able to stick out a little more.
I think that if you feel better without it, then don't wear it.

Personally, maybe if it is going to be a nice day and a little warm- don't. Make it weather dependent and do what feels good to you.
