Hair & makeup quote - is this reasonable?

I'm not an expert on pricing by any means but for three people plus a trial it seems pretty average from what I've seen on here

I just looked mine up to be sure I have been commenting correctly on what I am paying (in Colorado).

My hair - $100 (includes trial)

My makeup - Day of $150 - Trial - $100

BM hair - $100 (includes trial but she does not live in the same state so she won't have a trial).

BM makeup - Day of $80

We are about half an hour from Philly

It's a little pricey, but it's a pretty common price for that area. That wasn't in my budget, so I had searched for something a little cheaper. My pricing is:

$200 for my hair and makeup

$125 per girl for hair and makeup

But I certainly don't think your pricing is outrageous. It's pretty average.

I saw some websites with higher prices but I didn't actually get quotes because they were out of our budget. This is actually more than I wanted to spend as well, but I think my budget wasn't realistic to begin with. I've never paid for hair/makeup so I'm clueless.

With the wedding being so close, I can't be too picky.

I felt the same way... I knew how much hair would be but was clueless on makeup. I could have saved money if I had let my MUA do my hair too but... I am really picky about my hair and I only trust the person who has cut and colored it the last few years to do it for the wedding.

If you are happy with the trial I would book them.

That very reasonable @jersey. I found a place to do my bridesmaids hair and make up for $170. Mine for the same $200.

My hair and makeup with a trial included is $450. It is $150 for each of my girls for hair and makeup .This seems like a reasonable quote!

If you didn't book them yet I received a recommendation on here a few months ago for a company that is cheaper, not sure what your budget is but they are located near Doylestown, PA and are traveling to me in Princeton. Are you in PA or NJ?

I haven't booked anything yet. I'm in PA, the wedding will be in Glen Mills.

It's costing us 870$- so 600 and change for 3 people- sounds about right.

Check out the finishing touch by cg, I posted a few months ago for reasonable hair/mua in Central Jersey/Philly area and a few girls on here recommended them. I've been really impressed with their work on their fb/website and I have my trial in October. A few girls that I went to high school with also liked them on FB and used them for their wedding. Located in Perkasie, PA.
