Hair Extensions: clip in vs Keratin bond???

Kristin, on March 9, 2011 at 5:37 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 2

I have fine hair and want nothing more than full beautiful hair for my wedding! My hair dresser is suggesting I either do clip in hair extensions or do the actual Keratin tipped hair extensions that could last up to 3 months. We are leaving for our honeymoon a couple days after the wedding to spend a week at the beach. I guess I'm worried about a clip in falling out during the reception or I'd worry about them coming loose... anyone have this problem? I wore actual extensions years ago but caused alot of breakage, my hair dressor claims the Keratin bond kind is safer for fine hair. Anyone have any suggestions or words of wisdom?

I wanted to try the bonding process as well, but have not mustered up enough guts just yet because I heard of the possibility of breaking. Go to youtube and type in bonding or hair fusion. I did. I saw some good things and some not so good things. They show examples for all types of hair too. Good Luck

I was also contemplating that...i have actually have extensions in now which i my first time...trying them out for my wedding...ive researched the bonding which was what i was going to go with...i heard the cold fusion bonding is much safer on your hair since it doesnt involve & they use a special solution to dissolve them once u have them removed...i actually decided to go with the malaysian style which is a braidless sew-in. The hair weft(or track) is sewn in through little beads that are put on the roots of ur hair, & the track happens to lay flatter as well which looks more natural on your head
