Hair Down

Zoe, on July 1, 2019 at 12:05 PM Posted in Hair and Makeup 0 4

Hello!

I am wearing a cathedral length veil but I would really like to wear my hair completely down. I have very straight "slippery" hair and I am concerned about the veil staying in my hair if its not an updo or half up half down. Has anyone else ran into this issue??

This is something I would talk to your hairstylist about and definitely bring your veil to your trial. With enough teasing, pins, and hairspray, anything is possible.

Agree with post above. If all else fails I suppose you could ask about adding hair in lol. That’s what my stylist said when I found a picture I love but I didnt have enough hair for it.

Teasing will hold anything up! I agree to ask your hairstylist - although I'm sure she would already know to do this. If you're doing your own hair, tease at the crown or wherever you plan on having the comb on the veil go and your veil will hold.

Some stylists will do a tiny horizontal braid under your hair so that the veil comb has something to hold onto.
