I would fill in or at least use some clear brow gel to shape the eyebrows, but other than that, it looks super pretty!

Overall it is pretty. I really like your hair. However, I agree about filling in your eyebrows. I would also soften your bottom eyeliner.

I think you look beautiful!! I also agree with Jessica about keeping the freckles but if you don't want them to show then that is fine! I think the hair with the curls a little tighter and the eyebrows would be great addition. Looks awesome! Don't forget to post the final look so we can see the change!

Beautiful. Only thing I’d consider altering is penciling in the brows more and maybe going for false lashes—or Longer/more fluttery ones if you did get them. The freckles are super youthful in my opinion and look really pretty as is; however, if you know you’ll be more comfortable with them covered then you should definitely trust your instinct. Good luck!
