Hair and Makeup Time

Danielle, on February 25, 2020 at 8:38 AM Posted in Hair and Makeup 0 6

My hair and makeup girl wants to start 3 hours before the ceremony. There are only 2 of us but my hair is waist length and VERY thick. Is that actually possible or should I ask to move it up?

Have you done a trial to see how long it will take to do your style?

Have you done your trial yet? That will let you know exactly how long your hair will take. You have hired a professional for a reason, so I'm assuming she knows how long it will take her.

I'd do a trial and make sure you like the style & time before deciding. I had 26" extensions in for our wedding and my hair took a little over an hour with two women working on it.

Trial is a great idea for this one. My MUA is also doing my hair. My hair is medium length, pretty flat and I thought it wouldn't require too much work. The trial ended up being longer than I thought, at just over 3 hours for the MU and hair.
