Hair and Makeup for the bridal party

Did you pay to have your bridal party all "done-up", or did you tell them to do their hair up or down and let them do it on their own along with their makeup? I am just worried that their wouldn't be enough time to do all of their hair and makeup plus I am also concerned with the cost...is it rude...

I'm definitely giving my girls the option because if you require it them to have their makeup a certain way or hair a certain way then I believe the bride should pay for it and obviously I don't have that kind of money so it's optional....I don't really want that whole uniformed look anyway they will probably be in the same bridal dress that's good enough

I am gifting them their hair, I have 7 in my BP...my hair stylist gave me a deal and is doing all 7 plus me on location (at no extra charge) for $350. I felt this was a fair price in my area. Otherwise I would not have been able to fit it in the budget. I will have a MUA on location but I can not gift that, so if they want make up as well then they can choose to get it but it is not a requirement. They can also wear their hair however they like.

Also my wedding is a DW so I want to limit the cost to my girls as much as possible. They are paying for their own attire so I feel paying for hair is the least I can do.
