Had my hair and makeup trial on Monday. Opinions please!

Not happy about it? You literally need them to see....what in the world? Your frames are wide enough that you can still see your eyes clearly. The eye makeup is great, but I agree that maybe you could use a little bronzer and/or brush. I love your hair though!

I think you look gorgeous just the way you are. Purely simple. I'm not exactly sure about the whole wearing glasses thing only because I don't wear them myself nor have I ever seen any other bride wear them on their wedding day. My first thought would be reflections from pictures but I guess maybe your photographer would already know how to handle that situation to keep it from happening.

Your hair and eyes are perfect and it's your choice if you want to wear your glasses. If you want to have more blush and contour, do it.

Her work is secondary to your ability to see. Not gonna lie, as someone else who also wears glasses, I would consider dropping that makeup artist. I've been to multiple weddings where the bride wore glasses, and they always looked great.

As for contour/blush - it's totally your choice! I feel like your face shape is lovely enough that you already have a good bit of dimension, but I totally get wanting to go for that extra wow factor for your wedding.

I think your make up and hair look great! I pretty much always wear my contacts and if those are an option for you, I’d probably opt for those. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with wearing your glasses, but for me, I think because your frames are so dark that it’s just a really stark contrast between your skin tone, especially when wearing white.

I think you look amazing! The makeup is very simple and beautiful. I would say honestly you need to be comfortable on your wedding day. It’s about making you feel beautiful it’s not about what she thinks about wearing or not wearing glasses. There’s many makeup artists that can do amazing makeup and you can easily wear your glasses too. I would say find a different person. You look amazing no matter what!

I think you look amazing! I may even use your hairstyle as inspiration hahah. I don’t think your makeup stylist had any right to tell you that your glasses cover her work. I would be offended if someone told me that, especially because they’re a part of you. They make you see!!

Just take the glasses off for a few pictures. Make up and hair like looks great!

I LOVE your hair! It's so beautiful and classic and that brooch is amazing. Kind of rude of the make-up artist to say anything about your glasses though, that would be off putting to me. The make-up looks wonderful and natural, but the comment/attitude towards your lovely glasses throws me off about her work.

Girl. Wear your glasses and let your makeup artist die mad about it. It’s in no way her business whether you wear them or not and you can still perfectly see your lovely makeup! You look so great.

You look great! Love the eye makeup and looks great with your glasses! No worries there. I am with you on the blush and contour, think that would give that finishing touch! I am about to go for my trial and going for the almost the same look as you. You are going to be so stunning!!!

Love your eyes AND your glasses! I don't think it covers them up, they're wide enough. I agree that you need some more contouring, it'll make your cheeks pop! The hair is beautiful, and the hair pin is gorgeous!
