Hi all,
I have a wedding coming up in August at Hacienda Siesta Alegre in Puerto Rico. I was wondering for any past brides or anyone familiar with the island, what are some good hotels for guests to stay in that will provide them with a tropical vibe with a good pool but won’t break the bank?

    I’m getting married there also! I have recommended my guests to stay at courtyard by Marriott in Isla Verde (I have personally stayed there and loved it. Great location, right on the beach and good pool) and Wyndham in Rio Grande (I took a quick tour this past summer). Many of my guests are staying in Airbnb’s also.

    I would check out the Wyndham in Rio Grande, it looks gorgeous and not too expensive! I also found on Trip Advisor the Luquillo Sunrise Beach Inn that looks pretty and has good reviews!

    We’re getting married there next April and like Hailey, we’re recomending the Courtyard Marriot in Isla Verde and the Wyndham Rio Mar. Btw, the Wyndham has another office that offers efficiencies (for bigger families or groups of friends) and the pools on that side are super private. I can give you the number if you’d like. Also, other than the room block, the Wyndham is available as a great hotel deal on costco.com!
