A guest reached out to me because his name search returned no results when he was trying to RSVP. I double-checked my list and he's on there (spelled correctly, etc.), and when I search for him he pops up. But he's still not popping up when he searches... Do I need to do something on my end?

I’m not sure but I’ve heard that feature didn’t work for some of my guests

We got it worked out--didn't realize I had to allow meal selection in order to have people RSVP. You might consider changing that...I mean, we didn't want it as an option and it's actually complicated things.
