Guest Reactions to Postponement

As we went thru our guest list and contacted people to let them know we're postponing, we've recieved a lot of reactions.



We've of course received the "oh no, I'm so sorry."
But I think 30% of our reactions are laughter and something along the lines of "if anyone I know was going to have their wedding cancelled because of a pandemic/Centers for Disease Control/mandate from the governor, it was going to be you." Which is true. Like it sounds rude. But it's not. I'm just a person with wild stories that weird things happen to.
But we're also telling people when our new date is. [Halloween] and roughly 80% of people have told us "OMG, that's perfect for you!" Also not wrong. And all of our decor fits seamlessly.
Hope that any of the rest of you who are postponing can find a little of the humor and happiness we've found.
