Quick question!

I like the idea of a guest list on WeddingWire but can someone tell me how it works?! I understand how you can add guests to the list, but do these guests get notified and are they then able to accept/decline invitations? If so, this is a great and more inexpensive alternative to traditional invitations! Has anyone done a guest list through here? Or is more so to keep guests addresses straight to use to send out formal invitations?

The guest list feature is just for your reference, it doesn’t notify guests or send an invitation.

But your wedding website does right? I just looked at it and there’s a way for guests to RSVP 🤷🏻‍♀️

You can add your wedding website to your invitations so that people can RSVP online, but you still can’t send invitations from WeddingWire.

I've used the guest list and it is amazing, not only has it helped keep all the addresses straight but i also have been making notes on when I sent the save the dates & invitations so i made sure i didn't miss anyone. I included the website in our invitation and our save the date and its super nice because I've already had 60+ people RSVP. And i get notified when they do and it gives them a spot to make a comment or send us a message which has also been really cool to see. I would definitely recommend taking the time to use it!
