Hi Jenn,

If you mean that your count (in the guest list section) in the Overview tab doesn't match your Ceremony and Reception tab, you can go to either your Ceremony or Reception tab and click the green "+ guest" button. It should update after that. I hope that's the issue you were meaning and that it helps. I've had the same issues.

Hi Nicole! You can add guests to multiple events by clicking into the wedding event within your Guest List tool (ie Reception) and then clicking the blue '+ Guest' button. From this step, you can add an existing guest from your Overview or add a completely new guest.

I've had this same problem, but with the plus ones. It only counts the original guest, and not the linked plus one.

I've been experiencing the same issue. Even if I change the plus one to the name of an individual, the guest count doesn't update. Have you come across a fix?

Hi Kirsten! We usually see this issue when new Plus Ones have not been added through the Guest List. Once you click the 'Add plus one or related guest' text, please select the 'Add Plus One' with the blue plus icon at the very bottom of the list to add a completely new Plus One.
