Guest list

Hi Wynessa,

You'll just simply go to Planning Tools at the top of your page and scroll to Guest List. It'll have a green "+ Guest" button on the left hand side. You'll just click that every time you add a new guest. If you are adding a guest that's bringing someone or part of a group/family, you can "link" them. When you type in a guest's name, in that box it will say "Add related guests or plus one" so they would be grouped together but still counted individually (if that makes sense). I hope that was the answer you're looking for.

View Quoted Comment Okay, so that is what I have been doing. So, I tested it on our page to see if guest are able to pull their names to RSVP and nothing. Their names wouldn’t pull up for some reason, so they wouldn’t be able to RSVP come that time.

You're actually not the first person to have this issue. Have you tried contacting support about your issue? I'm actually not using Wedding Wire for my website so I'm not sure if it was ever fixed for the others.

No worries. Definitely still contact them directly as well just to be on the safe side. Did you send out save the dates? If so was your wedding website on there and have you sent out your invites already?

If you really want to continue working with wedding wire, give yourself a time frame to hear something. If it's cutting too close for you, I would just try to find another site that you can utilize an RSVP tracker. I personally made my website on Wix that also has the RSVP tracker. If you go that route of having to use a different site, I hope whichever you choose works out for you. Good luck.

Awesome! Wix is great. I got to customize it literally anyway that I wanted and every possible way I imagined. Hardly any restrictions, if any at all. My site barely even looks like the original template I built it from. I couldn't be happier. If manageability and customization is big to you, I'd go with Wix for sure.

I am having the same issue! Guests that I manually put on the list do not show up when I go to the actual website.
