Guest list number not accurate?

Mine did the same thing. I went back and put everyone's name in individually like "Joe's +1" to get an accurate count. It was a pain in the neck, but I got an accurate count that way. I'm sure there is an easier way though.

Thanks, that's what I ended up going through and doing. I'll let you know if I figure out an easier way!

Hi Leah! Typically when this happen it is because the plus ones have been added to the Overview portion of the guest list, but not the wedding event itself. To add those additional guests, go to Guest List, then Wedding and hit '+Guest'. Your plus ones should populate and you'll be able to click 'Select All' and then hit 'Save'.

I just spent an hour reviewing my Excel worksheet compared to WW Guest list to find my discrepancy. Come to find out when I added a guest their line did not say Pending - like all of the other guests. I deleted that guest, added them via +Guest Button, then went to the "main guest" and added them as their plus one.

Makes no sense that there is an option to add an additional guest but it doesn't add to the guest count. . .isn't that the reason I'm added them - to know how many people are invited. . .?

I had this same issue and had to go through my guest list one by one on excel to figure out why my numbers weren't matching. I followed the steps that the WeddingWire Support commented and it worked but it's just odd it doesn't automatically add them to the wedding.
