Guest List import on weddingwire

I didn't do the upload via email but I had a guest list already in excel (*xls) and converted it to the comma separated value (*csv) format. I thought about trying it but I have more contacts than I really wanted to import into my guest list. I'm sure there's someone on here who's done it though!

I made it in Excel as per the template they have, and then saved it as a .csv file to import my guest list. I haven't ever tried to move emails or import info from emails though. Sorry. Looks like WW Tech Support is coming to your rescue though :o)

I have responded to weddingwire request and sent an email. I'm waiting for the response and hoping to get an answer.

Did you get help? If not, you can convert the file from excel to .csv (comma separated values). Go to File, Save As, and overwrite the name of the file from list.xls to list.csv. Let me know if that makes sense.

The import button is found when you go to add a contact to your guest list, there is a link that lets you import your list.

Where's the excel template that you can download to import?

I had the same problem, and am very frustrated, especially with WW's non-support to their help desk. It imported half the guests, but then won't import the rest.

I did have a csv file, and clearly the WW software was able to read the document because it previewed the information after upload. But then, one page click later I get the "Shhh! This page doesn't seem to be available right now. Perhaps you could try back a little later. If you continue to receive this message, please Contact Us"

When I emailed the Help Desk/Contact Us, I got an automated reply and NO follow up.I emailed a few times. NO REPLY. Seriously thinking of abandoning the WW ship.

Was hoping someone here would have figured it out.
