My parents bought us a plain wooden corn hole set as our engagement present and so we were thinking of using that as the guest book and maybe painting a Mr on one and a Mrs. on the other. I also love all of your ideas as well and am torn on wether or not mine will be a good idea. I am unsure if sharpies will write well on the wood or not. I dont want to ruin the boards. I really love what Angela picked with the wooden hearts!

I wanted something where our guests could leave us little notes...I found one on amazon that has cute little note cards and individual "envelopes". My guest list is only 55 people, so it works well for us. I considered Polaroid photo guest book, too, but my cousin did that and her wedding was a year ago lol

View Quoted Comment Make sure to cover the painted part with a layer of plastic so people know to only sign the "extra space" part. Then, remove the plastic when you frame it.

My current idea is to use small wooden tokens that will be dropped in the jar later on, but I am reading a lot of nicer ideas here!

I wasn’t going to use a guestbook, I was just going to use the photo Booth book that people put their photos in so it’s combined! Not sure what I would do with 2 books of people signing and another of pics of them. #condense

A coffee shop where we went to college sells Terramundi money pots, so we bought a personalized one and got personalized library cards so people can leave us notes and advice. Then we'll break it on our first anniversary!
