We have 2 of these from Michaels that people will sign each little heart and then we'll hang them in our house, probably with a picture from our wedding in the middle.

I used to be a guestbook attendant as a kid (my grandma’s best friend at church was their venue coordinator) so I saw many weddings. One thing I noticed pretty quickly is that no matter what size your guest list is, you will only have 1/4-1/3 of them sign the guestbook. Someone making announcements or passing the book around various tables doesn’t encourage anyone to participate if they choose not to.

For that reason, we decided to go with a large photo matte around an engagement picture or the invitation and then switch out later with a wedding picture. Not sure yet of the exact details. With that, you would need archival pens that won’t fade.

We're also doing jenga blocks. We got the set from David's Bridal and it has our names and wedding date engraved on the box

Well we just went and just bought a guest book and I have a friend making. A big sign SAYING WELCOME TO OUR WEDDING. And I order a few signs that say sign our book please short and sweet.

Since you don't like diying you will not like my idea so much (unless you buy it!), FFIL is a wood crafter and we have asked him to build us a wooden bench that guests can sign. We will "brand" our bench, guests will sign, and we will later shellac it! We are registering our brand that he has come up with so it will be unique to us, brand is just an example as is the bench!

I wanted something more artsy that i can display so i went with thumbprint canvas. this actually does hang in my bedroom now

We haven't decided yet, but I want something we can hang in the house after the wedding. We'll likely order something from Etsy or have a friend make it.
