Most maternity wear designers have formal wear that may or may not be suitable for nursing. Do a Google search and see what comes up within your budget.

Try a consignment store or check the sales racks of bridal salons. Call around and ask if anyone has anything in stock that could fit the dresscode and accommodate you being able to breastfeed. Wait for a sale or Google search the gown to find a better deal if the salon is out of your budget.

I just googled formal nursing dress and found a few companies that specifically make them.

I also agree with Seraphine. One of my bridesmaids wasn't sure if she'd be pregnant for my wedding and they came up in my search of pretty maternity items - they have some lovely things!
