Group Discount Car Rentals

Hi all, so I am interested in having this because about 90% of our guest are OOT and would be flying in to Texas.

Has anyone done this before ?
What car rental companies should I try contacting ?
What are key questions to ask the rental agent when I’m trying to set this up ?
I might need 20+ cars if possible :/
Should I just leave people to find rentals on their own?

    Personally, this is one I'd leave to the guests to figure out. I can't even imagine the headache of trying to coordinate other peoples' car rentals.... For those who are Costco members, they have great rental car discounts. Other than that, people have different preferences/frequent rental programs, etc. Unless you have guests who have never traveled anywhere and don't know how to use the internet, I'd check this off your list as something to be concerned about.

    Sounds like a headache you don't need. If they're all flying in around the same time maybe you can hire a shuttle, but if not then I would just let them figure it out themselves. I know I would expect to do it myself if I had to fly for a wedding.

    Thanks guys, I was thinking it would be as simple as a hotel block. I would share a code with the guest and when the are reserving a car, they can enter the code and get a discount. Idk

    I first filled out a form on the website. Then a representative emailed me the details. The form included pick up and drop off location for the cars, estimated number of cars, the number of days/dates and a group name.
