Groomsmen socks

Amazon, eBay, even Target has some cute socks. There are also kiosks in the mall around here that sell sports teams/players if that's something they're interested in.

Do they like video games? Or superheroes? You could have a theme with them. Etsy, Amazon...

These are me and my siblings with the bride. The boys got different colored striped socks with their initials on them. BTW, there we're a total of 7 groomsmen and they all had different socks.

I did a lot of online searching and found the ones we bought on Amazon. They're the perfect shades of blue, fun and funky design, and came in a 4 pack for $11.50. I bought two 4-packs because we have 5 groomsmen, so now either we can give a pair to my dad and brother, or FH gets some extra pairs to keep.

I saw some cool ones at other online sites and in stores, but they were all about $8-15/pair which is crazy imo. Etsy had some that were less, but not what we were looking for. Type in the color/design you're looking for and "mens dress socks" when searching.

Just wanted to pipe in and say I've always enjoyed photographing "the socks" during the Groom's prep. All the guys are more than happy to show off their socks and the background stories relating to the socks/reason given/reason for topic of sock/etc during the prep is fun.

On another note ... I envision a Superbowl beer commercial on this very topic ... a Groom on his 50th wedding anniversary pulls out his pair of wedding day socks from his Groom's Hope Chest. Cut to all the other groomsmen doing the same ... cut to wedding day video and photos of them putting them on and showing them off, tears, a Meatloaf operatic song, and then ... then they all pick up their beers (of course it's Bud Light) and toast an "air toast" to one another.

This Bud's For You. I love you ... man.

That's what goes through my mind when I photograph Groom's prep socks.

We bought sports themed socks with their favorite team on them on amazon for pretty cheap

Saw this on Pinterest and thought it was super cute. So we are going to do this for our groomsmen socks! Found all but the red and blue socks at Target.
