Groomsmen Rentals?

All of my fiance's groomsmen are local, so we all went together one day to get everyone sized and ordered so we didn't have to worry about it. If they are scattered, a store like men's warehouse is a good idea since they have them all over the place. It is standard for the groomsmen to pay for their own rentals.

If you are looking for a standard suit, the best thing to do may be to choose a chain store with multiple locations. They will store what they will need in their own system (think registry) and each groomsman can go to a store near them for measurements for what they need.

For my own wedding, the men are wearing kilts so I found a reasonably priced place to buy kilts online and sent the link to FH. They can have someone near them measure the specific ones they need. Each groomsman should be paying for their own suit purchase or rental unless other arrangements have already been made (in our case, FH is paying for his brother's but that was known when he asked).

My husband wanted to have a day out with the guys and do this all together and didn’t work out. All the guys have their own thing going on so I send them all a text with the deadline for them to get measure which is a must requirement by all stores. You can offer to pay for it just as if you’re paying for the bridesmaids dresses or they can pay for it. Husband and I have walked quite a few weddings and we have always cover our costs. We did get them all a discount since husband didn’t get the free rental so that was an extra discount for them.
