Groomsmen attire

My wedding is in June in NC...so it’s going to be hot. I like this look without the jackets. Would it be easier to go to a Men’s Warehouse or order items separately since we won’t need a full suit?

We are going with men’s warehouse and i can say i was a little shocked at the lack of variety they had. However, they do pretty good with group deals. I would just keep that in mind as far as colors you would want them to wear. We are having a summer NC wedding too lol

My advice would be to price it out and see which option would be more cost effective. I know we used Men's Warehouse (awful experience), but the groomsmen/bride's man wore full tuxes. We also got married in the summer and it was about 100 degrees out, but our wedding was completely in doors.

We are looking for stuff online (Macy’s, Nordstorm, etc. Since we change our venue and colors, it will be our silver wedding (25th) anyway. Thanks to covid postponement of 2 years. Ours will be in August, in Hawaii, so no jacket here too. Long pants, long short folded sleeves, and a vest.

If you don't plan on doing a full suit with jacket I probably wouldn't go with them. So save on cost you might want to try a department store and find pants, dress shirts, ties/bow ties, suspenders there instead. Burlington and Kohls actually have pretty decent suits for a good price, and this way you can mix and match the items you need.

We are using VIP Formalwear for our suits. My FH has used then before and never had any issues. We also live in NC but are getting married in March on my birthday because we know how summer's are here🥵

I would def. look around and get prices before choosing a store. I personally would skip Men's Warehouse because they can still be extremely pricey. Look at department stores for the pants. Most men already have a white dress shirt, but that can also be bought at a department store, along with the other elements as well! That route will likely end up cheaper than MW.

Our guys wore something very similar! They ordered through The Groomsman Suit. It was inexpensive and looked great!

It doesn’t hurt to try Express as well! They usually have a lot of sales throughout the year which can make the pants and shirts very affordable for the groomsmen

We are also getting married in June in NC!

Our guys are wearing pants and suspenders as well! Only our dads and the Honey will be wearing jackets. We're getting FH some leather suspenders so he'll stand out a tad when he takes his off.

We're going through a local rental store. Since my dad is renting a whole suite (FH has a lot of court dates, so he already has a gray one to wear), we can also rent separates. I think just the pants and suspenders will be around $60?

I went to men’s wearhouse with my fiancé and best man, it was not a good experience. And then they had about nothing to try on either. I would order online or go to a department store

I would try places like Macy’s, J C Penney’s and Kohl’s. They always have good deals.

It will be much easier and cheaper to just order the items individually - suspenders and bowtie‘s that are not actually functioning are very inexpensive on Amazon. Also this way the guys can get pants and shirts that fit them correctly you choose the brand and style and then they ordered them themselves. Give them a timeline of when the items have to be ordered so that way you don’t run out of time or they discontinue the style.
