Groomsmen attire color to go with dark grey bridesmaids dress

I'm trying to figure out what color groomsmen pants/vest (worn with white shirt) would look best with this dark grey bridesmaid dress. I was originally thinking a lighter shade of grey but now I'm thinking that's too much grey (?). Wedding colors are grey, ivory, and heather purple. Bridesmaid...

    Navy blue could be very nice or even go with a lighter shade or grey
