Grooms Ring Dilemma

What would you do?!

i recently posted about a scammmy vendor I purchased my grooms ring from. So I contacted my cc company and reported it as such, got refunded and moved on. Purchased a nice ring from Kay, it’ll be delivered est July 17 (wedding is in August) and fingers crossed it fits - we did measure but we got a thinner ring which might fit differently we were told. I also got him a silicon ring since we travel and workout and are outside a lot. I just hope his Kay ring fits because delivering it could be cutting it VERY close to when we leave for the wedding....

The catch. And what I need help with!! That scammy ring I ordered and have been refunded by my cc company for (back in May!!) ARRIVED yesterday!! So now I’m in possession of that ring, which fits him now - we got it in April and had to return it for a smaller size which is when everything went MIA and the company failed to get back to me after my many emails , they don’t have an actual phone number and the website is scammy looking with also no phone number and the numbers I acquired never got back to me or did not belong to the company.

hat should I do with this ring?! Hold onto it until I can confirm the Kay ring fits so we have something on the wedding day? Just send it back? ... just keep it?? Keep it and try to pay for it again (it was my cc company that refunded me not the company)??
