Grooms Gift

So far I’m getting him a custom card on Etsy that says, “Chris, I can’t wait to marry you!” on the front. And it’ll have a handwritten note from me inside. Right now I’m working on a scrapbook from the beginning of our relationship until now, but I’m not sure if I’d consider it a gift since he already knows about it. The most important thing is a journal I’ve been working on since our first date. They’re letters I’ve been writing to him ever since our first date.

Mine was more punny than sentimental but i gave him "just in case you get cold feet" socks

I bought this Lenox cake topper for us, as a memoir, and I have been hiding it to surprise him on our day.

I plan on getting him a new wallet with a personalized message written inside but not exactly sure what I want it to say.

Not sure how “sentimental” it is, but my husband has been wanting a Taylor acoustic guitar for forever now, but is too frugal when it comes to buying things for himself.

My FH loves wooden watches. He thinks they’re super unique and beautiful. So I’m going to gift him a wooden watch that says “a million times yes” with our wedding date.


I’m also going to write him a beautiful letter. He is a writer and letters are something he loves. I know it would mean a lot to him.

My friend is a photographer, she is going to do a boudoir shoot and I’m going to put a photo book together for him.

I am having a friend create a coat of arms for our family. It’ll be on display at our reception. He’s big into knights. I’m keeping this a surprise for him.

We have matching chess piece tattoos, king and queen. When we get married I'm going to pay for us to get "checkmate" written below them. One of my coworkers suggested it as a joke, but we both thought the idea was pretty funny.
