Grooms Burgundy Suit

What about an iron gray color? Or you can tie in the navy with the flowers or somewhere else. I really think it’ll look fine either way!

My husband wore a burgundy tux and had the groomsmen also wear burgundy and they looked great. He thought he wanted to be different from them but opted for subtle differences such as his shirt color, a white rose in the boutonnière vs greenery only for the groomsmen. I think the navy will look nice with the dusty blue but I think you need to decide if you like the two suit color option. I don’t know if I’d like the blue suits next to the burgundy suit but I’d have to see it since I’m a visual person. I hope this helps.

Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the groom being in a different color suit than the other guys. What we did to make groom stand out was have him wear a different color vest, tie and pocket square than the rest of the guys. I prefer subtle differences rather than totally different as I think subtle differences keeps the look more consistent. What I would do is have all of the guys wear burgundy suits and a tie that is blue and burgundy to tie in the two colors or have the guys wear burgundy suits, ties and vests with a burgundy and dusty blue boutonniere. I would also do burgundy and dusty blue bouquets for your bridesmaids to tie everything together. I have included some inspiration photos below.

I think navy will look great with those colors. The grooms and groomsmen don't need to wear suits that are one of your wedding colors as black, navy or darker blue, gray, and browns/tans are all considered "neutrals" anyway and will go with just about anything. Most people don't consider the colors the men wear to be a part of their wedding color palette.
