Grooms attire

Hi! So we are having a boho tropical wedding in Mexico and my FH is going to wear a blue/navy suit with white button down, no tie. Does he need boutonnière and pocket square? Not really feeling a pocket square since it’s not super formal wedding.

I think he should wear what he feels looks best. It you’re going with a tropical theme. Flowers are usually a must, so a boutonnière would go more more with the theme as pocket squares are more formal.

I think a boutonnière would look nice. No need for a pocket square.

This is what my husband wore. No tie or pocket square and I loved it!! Makes it look more casual but that was the look we were going for

I took my DHs boutonniere to the church but it never made it on to his jacket LOL. Definitely think it is up to what you/he are comfortable with!

I think having both would make the look feel more complete but it's definitely not necessary

Thank you all for your input & help. Boutonnière/no pocket square is the way to go for us!
