Groom/father attire

They can wear anything. They don’t have to match the groomsmen.

We put the dads on the tux rental list and they can pick whatever their hearts desire. I think my dad will pick purple to match my mom!

We’re letting the dad’s handle their own wardrobe. My dad is planning to buy a new charcoal suite (he’s been super excited to get a new one and joking its the last suite he’ll ever buy). My FFIL’s will likely be in a dark suit.

Groom and wedding party guys will be in black tubes, with black vests and ties.

All the men will be in light gray tuxes. Groom and ring bearer will wear an ivory tie, groomsmen and ushers will wear a peach tie, and the dads will wear a gray tie.

My dad wanted to match the groom. Not having a bridal party. They are wearing grey tuxedos with black ties.

Here is mine because it is similar to yours;

Groom - Charcoal Tux and vest. Ivory shirt. Ivory tie and pocket square. White boutonniere.

Groomsmen - Charcoal Tux and vest. Ivory shirt. Blush Tie and pocket square. White or blush boutonniere.

FOB, FOG, & SFOG - Black Suit and vest. Ivory shirt. Maroon (also considered blush but argyle) tie and pocket square. blush boutonniere.

bride - ivory

bms - blush

MOB - Gold

MOG & SMOG - maroon or grey/silver

So for our wedding we did the following:

Groom: black tux with white shirt, black tie and vest and white pocket square

Best Man: black tux with white shirt, red tie and vest and silver pocket square

Groomsmen: black tux with white shirt, red tie and vest and red pocket square

Father of the bride: grey tux with white shirt, black tie and vest and black pocket square

Father of the groom: he is wearing a suit he already owns. no clue what color it is

All of our men (including fathers) are wearing the same suit, vest, shirt, and tie. Shoes too! FH will be matching but with a beige tie to match my dress.

We are having all the guys wear the same exact suit, shirt, tie, shoes, everything. I like a very cohesive look personally.

Groomsmen - Charcoal grey suits with ivory shirt and blush ties with an ivory boutonniere

Father of the groom will choose what he is wearing. My father passed away so my son will be walking me down the aisle and will match my FH.
